In this role, you will coordinate multidisciplinary efforts, manage project schedules, and ensure technical excellence across all phases of construction and design. Your expertise will help deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs while adhering to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead projects from conception through completion, fostering collaboration among teams and stakeholders to achieve outstanding results. Responsibilities Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using advanced project management tools to ensure timely delivery of all project milestones. Prepare detailed construction estimates and assist in budgeting processes to optimize resource allocation. Utilize CAD software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, and Bluebeam to create accurate schematics, drawings, and technical reports for civil infrastructure projects. Conduct construction management activities including site inspections, quality assurance, safety oversight, and compliance with permitting requirements during all project phases. Perform hydrological modeling and stormwater management analyses using tools like SWMM, HEC-RAS, Hydrologic analysis tools, and GIS platforms such as ArcGIS and GIS-based software. Lead technical engineering report generation covering water treatment systems, wastewater management, geotechnical considerations, and system design documentation. Coordinate with clients, contractors, surveyors, and regulatory agencies during the permitting phase to facilitate smooth project progression. Oversee construction inspection activities to ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to update progress and address challenges proactively. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; professional engineering license preferred. Proven experience managing civil infrastructure projects with a focus on stormwater systems, water/wastewater treatment, or similar disciplines. Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D), Revit, MicroStation, Bluebeam, Mathcad, HEC-RAS/Hydrologic tools, ArcGIS or GIS platforms. Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, construction estimating, technical report writing, and system design engineering. Knowledge of geotechnical engineering principles and land surveying practices is highly desirable. Experience managing projects through all phases including permitting, design engineering, construction oversight, and closeout. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team leadership; capable of coordinating cross-disciplinary teams effectively. Familiarity with hydrologic modeling tools such as SWMM or HEC software for hydrological analysis is a plus. Ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings accurately while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
