We're looking for a Process Engineering Manager to lead the development, validation, improvement and transfer of plastic injection molding processes used in medical manufacturing. Your mission Build capable processes. Develop capable engineers. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with people leadership. You'll guide scientific molding practices, process development and troubleshooting while leading engineers responsible for new and existing programs.
