About the Role G3 Industries is seeking an experienced and results-driven Engineering Project Manager to lead engineering projects from concept through completion. This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets and timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring projects meet technical, quality, and business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a solid engineering background, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering complex manufacturing projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage engineering projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, from concept and planning to implementation and launch. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and performance standards. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and timelines. Coordinate and collaborate with engineering teams, production personnel, suppliers, and company leadership. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety requirements, and company procedures. Prepare and present project status updates, reports, and recommendations to stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication across departments to ensure successful project execution. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support operational excellence efforts. Travel as required to support project activities, customer requirements, training, and internal company functions.

Hydraulic Fluid Conveyance Systems Combination lines Air conditioning lines Brake lines Tubing assemblies Brazing and Mechanical Joining Processes Tube End Forming Technologies Flaring Swaging Parflanging Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. Proven experience as an Engineering Project Manager within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and project management methodologies. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget goals. Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Preferred Skills Experience managing capital equipment, process improvement, or product development projects. Financial acumen with experience managing project budgets and cost controls. Knowledge of industry standards, quality systems, and regulatory requirements. Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
