Necedah, WI On-Site Freudenberg-NOK General Partnership You support our team as Engineering Manager Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of application engineers, ensuring high-quality technical output and customer-ready deliverables. Serve as the technical bridge between customers, sales, and internal teams—driving solutions from concept through production. Engage directly with customers to understand challenges, promote value-based solutions, and support product design and application development. Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for product and field issues, ensuring customer expectations are consistently met. Oversee application testing and lab operations to validate product performance and support new and existing business. Manage supplier technical performance, including quoting, failure analysis, and change management collaboration with cross-functional teams. Lead multiple engineering projects across customers, balancing priorities while supporting continuous improvement and quality system compliance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Master's degree preferred. 3-5 years of experience in seal, gasket, or similar product design within a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tooling and manufacturing processes. Experience with 3D modeling (SolidWorks or similar CAD platforms). Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively across all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.
