This is a strategic hire aimed at strengthening their technical leadership bench and expanding their project delivery capabilities. Position Overview This role is ideal for a remediation expert who enjoys leading complex environmental projects, mentoring technical teams, and contributing to client growth strategies. The successful candidate will play a key role in both project execution and organizational development. Key Responsibilities Oversee the planning and execution of environmental remediation projects, including investigation, design, and implementation phases. Serve as a technical advisor and quality reviewer across multiple project teams. Provide guidance and mentorship to early•and mid-career professionals. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support client engagement and proposal development. Contribute to strategic growth initiatives through relationship-building and market insight. Ideal Background Degree in Environmental Engineering or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred. Professional licensure (e.g., PE) or ability to obtain. 8+ years of relevant experience in environmental consulting or engineering. Demonstrated success managing complex remediation projects and regulatory interactions. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative leadership style.
