Overview:
Gpac is partnered with a top Restoration Company and are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Technician to join a dynamic team. As a Lead Technician , you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties related to restoration and remediation projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in the restoration industry or a strong interest in building and restoration work.
Duties:
Perform mold remediation, water mitigation, and fire restoration Clean and restore damaged properties to their pre-loss condition Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks Assist with asbestos abatement projects as needed Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Requirements:
Previous experience in the restoration industry is required Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Ability to work independently or as part of a team Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
