Job Description

Position Overview Responsibilities:
Assess water, fire, and mold damage. Perform water extraction and other related tasks. Set up monitor, and remove drying equipment. Assist with demolition and restoration-related tasks as needed. Maintain, clean, and organize tools, vehicles, and equipment. Document job progress accurately with photos and notes. Follow IICRC standards and company procedures. Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Communicate professionally with customers. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Qualifications:
Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to document work clearly and accurately. Ability to lift and move restoration equipment and materials. Clean, valid driver's license. Clean background check. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends for emergency response.
Other Qualifications:
Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related trade. Familiarity with IICRC standards and restoration procedures. IICRC certifications a plus Knowledge of water damage mitigation, mold remediation, or fire restoration.

Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
