The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in advanced structural drying, water damage restoration, project documentation, and team leadership . This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Manage and oversee emergency mitigation projects from initial loss through completion. Lead and mentor field technicians, ensuring adherence to industry standards and company procedures. Develop and implement advanced structural drying plans utilizing moisture mapping, psychrometrics, and specialized drying equipment. Perform inspections, job scoping, and damage assessments. Ensure accurate and timely project documentation using industry software and reporting platforms. Monitor project progress, drying goals, equipment utilization, and profitability. Coordinate with homeowners, property managers, insurance adjusters, and commercial clients. Maintain compliance with IICRC standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Participate in after-hours emergency response and on-call rotations as needed. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in water mitigation, restoration, or emergency services management. Strong knowledge of advanced structural drying techniques and moisture diagnostics. Experience with restoration documentation platforms such as Encircle, DASH, MICA, Xactimate, Matterport, or similar systems. IICRC certifications preferred (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT, CDS, or equivalent). Proven leadership and team management experience. Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
