In this role, you will independently handle property damage remediation projects, delivering high-quality repair and restoration services across a variety of property types. This position requires a self-driven professional who can assess damages, develop effective remediation plans, coordinate with project stakeholders, and carry out repairs that meet Superior's quality standards. With over 13 years of experience, Superior Contracting & Maintenance has established a strong reputation as a trusted partner for property management companies, providing comprehensive maintenance and turnkey solutions. Our services include roofing, gutters, siding, painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, flooring, kitchen and bath renovations, and more.
