reporting Stormwater permitting (KPDES) Lead and maintain Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) and support audits Drive sustainability initiatives such as waste reduction, recycling programs, and "Zero to Landfill" goals Manage environmental reporting, including preparation and submission of required regulatory documentation Develop and deliver environmental training programs for employees Maintain and oversee

systems for compliance and accuracy Support emissions reduction, waste minimization, and resource conservation initiatives Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to ensure environmental compliance Act as subject matter expert for environmental permits and regulatory requirements Utilize environmental management software (EHS Insight, Intelex, Enablon, Quentic) for tracking and reporting Essential Skills Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering (or related field) OR 2+ years of relevant experience Strong knowledge of environmental programs: air permits, wastewater, hazardous waste Experience with Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001) Strong data analysis and interpretation skills Proficiency with environmental management software systems Knowledge of environmental regulations and reporting requirements Ability to work independently and collaborate cross‑functionally Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Experience in environmental engineering, environmental health and safety (EHS), or environmental management Familiarity with sustainability initiatives and waste reduction programs Strong communication and training skills Experience supporting audits and regulatory inspections Work Environment Combination of office and production floor work Exposure to: Variable temperatures (cold to very hot) Noise and occasional fumes Required use of PPE (ear protection at all times on production floor) Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities with minimal supervision Occasional travel (less than 5%), including potential international travel Job Type & Location Contract to Hire Paris, KY Pay and Benefits Pay range: $31.25 - $40.86/hr Potential benefits include: Medical, dental & vision insurance Critical illness, accident, and hospital coverage 401(k) retirement plan (pre-tax and Roth options) Life insurance (employee and dependents) Short- and long-term disability Health Spending Account (HSA) Transportation benefits Employee Assistance Program PTO / vacation / sick leave Workplace Type Fully onsite Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Paris, KY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $40.86/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
