Competitive pay:
$25-$35+ per hour Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Company-paid IICRC certifications and ongoing training Modern equipment and organized warehouse Supportive leadership with opportunities for advancement Stable, year-round work with a growing company Responsibilities Respond to water losses and determine mitigation needs Lead technicians through extraction, demolition, drying, equipment setup, monitoring, and documentation Ensure projects meet IICRC and Paul Davis quality standards Communicate professionally with customers, adjusters, and team members Maintain accurate project documentation and moisture readings Train and mentor technicians while maintaining a safe, organized job site Solve problems and ensure every project is completed successfully Qualifications 3+ years of water mitigation experience preferred Previous leadership or project lead experience WRT required; ASD and AMRT preferred Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift 50+ pounds and pass a background check The Ideal Candidate You lead by example, take pride in quality workmanship, communicate well with customers, enjoy developing others, and take ownership of every project from start to finish.
