In this vital role, you will be responsible for performing environmental remediation, including mold, asbestos, water, and fire damage restoration, ensuring safe and effective cleanup processes. Your expertise will help restore properties to their original condition while adhering to strict safety standards and industry regulations. Duties Perform remediation tasks such as mold removal, asbestos abatement, fire restoration, and water damage cleanup using appropriate techniques and equipment Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently during restoration projects Conduct thorough cleaning of affected areas, including carpet cleaning and surface sanitation Operate construction and restoration equipment with precision to facilitate efficient project completion Follow industry protocols for hazardous material handling and disposal in compliance with safety regulations Assist with the setup and breakdown of containment areas to prevent cross-contamination during abatement procedures Document all work performed accurately, including detailed reports on remediation progress and materials used Requirements Proven experience in the restoration industry or related fields such as construction or cleaning services Knowledge of mold remediation, asbestos abatement, water damage restoration, and fire damage repair processes Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and effectively Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques and general cleaning procedures within restoration projects Strong understanding of safety protocols related to hazardous materials handling and environmental regulations Excellent physical stamina to perform manual labor in various environments and conditions Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred. Must have a real ID (with the star). Must pass all requirements to obtain a military pass to gain entry to the base. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
