(980) 250-5849 office@goecrr.com Overview Join our dynamic team as a Mitigation Manager, where you will lead the response to property damage caused by water, fire, mold, and other hazards. This vital role involves overseeing mitigation projects from start to finish, ensuring swift and effective restoration services that help clients recover quickly and confidently. As a Mitigation Manager, you will coordinate teams, manage resources, and uphold industry standards to deliver exceptional results in every project. Your energy and leadership will drive our mission to restore properties efficiently while maintaining safety and quality at every step. Responsibilities Lead mitigation operations for water damage projects. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely completion of restoration jobs. Conduct on-site assessments to determine scope of work, identify hazards like asbestos or mold, and establish proper remediation procedures. Ensure all work complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines. Communicate clearly with clients, insurance adjusters, contractors, and team members to keep everyone informed of project progress. Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including inspections, progress reports, and safety records. Experience Proven experience in the restoration industry with a focus on mitigation service on water damage restoration. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and the use of hand tools and power tools for restoration tasks. Familiarity with construction principles related to structural drying, demolition, or reconstruction processes. Previous leadership experience managing mitigation or restoration teams is preferred. Ability to assess damage sites quickly and develop effective action plans while adhering to safety protocols. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients and team members effectively.
