Water • Fire • Mold Restoration We're not looking for average technicians. We're looking for the top 1%. Restoration 1 New Jersey is growing, and we're searching for experienced restoration professionals who know how to take ownership of a job, lead crews, solve problems, and deliver exceptional customer service. If you're the person everyone calls when a difficult loss comes in, we want to talk. If you're looking to punch a clock and do the bare minimum, this probably isn't the position for you. What Makes Someone a Top 1% Technician? You have real restoration experience. You understand structural drying and moisture mapping. You can lead a crew without constant supervision. You communicate professionally with customers. You show up on time and take pride in your work. You think like a leader, not just a laborer. You care about doing the job right the first time. Responsibilities Water damage mitigation Fire and smoke cleanup Mold remediation Structural drying Moisture inspections and documentation Equipment setup and monitoring Demolition and contents protection Crew leadership and training Customer communication
Requirements:
Qualifications 3+ years restoration experience preferred
IICRC WRT
certification required or obtainable quickly
ASD, AMRT, FSRT
