• Ensure facility operations comply with all safety and environmental regulations while advancing sustainability objectives
• Promote and cultivate a strong safety and environmental culture across the entire plant
• Lead and support employees in meeting Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) goals and objectives
• Develop and continuously improve EHS programs to drive operational excellence
• Manage environmental compliance across key areas including Air Emissions, Wastewater, Storm Water, Chemicals, and Hazardous Waste Disposal
• Handle environmental permits, regulatory reporting, and compliance documentation
• Deliver EHS training to employees at all levels of the organization
• Lead cross-functional projects to reduce waste and optimize water usage
• Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics and systems
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to implement and improve sustainability practices Key Requirements
• BS Degree required, preferably in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) or Engineering
• Minimum of 1+ years of EHS experience with a focus on environmental management within a manufacturing environment
• Title 5 Certification preferred
