  • Full-time Mold Men NJ | Veteran-Owned About the Position Mold Men NJ is seeking an experienced Lead Mold Remediation Foreman to oversee and perform mold remediation and restoration projects throughout Passaic County and surrounding North/ Central Jersey areas.
This is a hands-on leadership position for an experienced restoration professional who can independently manage job sites, lead crews, communicate with customers, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have prior mold remediation, water damage restoration, or closely related restoration experience. Responsibilities Lead and supervise mold remediation and restoration projects from start to finish Manage and direct technicians on job sites Set up containment systems, negative air machines, HEPA filtration, and other remediation equipment Perform hands-on remediation, demolition, cleaning, and restoration work as needed Ensure all work is completed according to company standards and industry best practices Communicate professionally with customers and maintain a high level of customer service Proactively assess project and requirements and communicate supply, material, and equipment shortages to the office to ensure uninterrupted operations. Coordinate job progress with office staff and management Maintain organized, clean, and safe job sites Train and mentor technicians to ensure quality workmanship Troubleshoot job site challenges and make sound decisions in the field Qualifications Required Minimum 3 years of mold remediation, water damage restoration, environmental remediation, or related restoration experience Proven experience leading crews and managing projects in the field Strong knowledge of containment procedures, demolition practices, and remediation protocols Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities Valid driver's license Reliable personal transportation Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and other confined spaces Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Preferred Experience with HEPA filtration systems, air scrubbers, dehumidifiers, and moisture mitigation equipment IICRC certifications or related restoration certifications Experience ordering materials and managing project logistics Bilingual ( Spanish preferred ) Who We're Looking For We are looking for a professional who takes pride in their work and can be trusted to represent our company in the field.
