Environmental Engineer Job Description This role leads the Environmental Department and oversees environmental engineering projects from initial concept through completion. Essential Skills Bachelor's degree in Civil (Environmental) Engineering or a closely related field. Professional Engineering (PE) license. Minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental engineering. Consistent history of successfully leading and delivering complex environmental engineering projects. Strong understanding of environmental regulations and standards. Experience supporting projects for transportation and public agencies in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Delaware, including PennDOT. Additional Skills & Qualifications Master's degree in Civil (Environmental) Engineering or a related discipline is preferred. Experience contributing to business development activities, including proposal support and corporate marketing initiatives. Familiarity with cross-department coordination within multidisciplinary engineering or consulting environments.
