Job Description

Indoor Air Quality & Mold Remediation Technician Location:
North Myrtle Beach, SC Job Type:
Full-Time | $15-$20/hour Join our mission to create healthier indoor environments! We're an established Indoor Air Quality and Mold Remediation company seeking a dedicated technician to provide essential services including:
Mold Remediation Disinfection & Odor Control HVAC Ductwork Sanitizing General Maintenance & Site Prep What You'll Do:
Load/unload equipment from company van Set up air movers, dehumidifiers, and other remediation tools Perform basic demolition when needed Maintain a clean, professional presence on job sites
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with clean driving record Must pass a background check Able to lift up to 50 lbs Team-oriented with a professional demeanor Experience in general maintenance or related trades This role is ideal for individuals passionate about environmental science, public health, and hands-on work that makes a difference. You'll be part of a team that values integrity, precision, and proactive air quality management.
