Residential Cleaning Technician

Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, ensuring high standards of quality and attention to detail Assist with fire restoration projects by removing soot, deodorizing spaces, and restoring affected areas Conduct water damage restoration tasks such as drying, dehumidifying, and cleaning affected surfaces Execute mold remediation procedures safely and effectively using appropriate techniques and equipment Utilize hand tools and power tools for demolition, repair, or restoration work as needed Support construction-related cleaning tasks during renovation or rebuild projects Operate carpet cleaning equipment and perform specialized cleaning services including asbestos abatement when required Follow safety protocols during all restoration activities to ensure a secure work environment Qualifications Prior experience in cleaning, restoration, or related industries is highly preferred Knowledge of fire and water damage restoration processes and mold remediation techniques Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment Ability to handle specialized tasks such as asbestos abatement with proper training or certification preferred Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in physically demanding situations Valid driver's license may be required for certain assignments Join us at Pristine Property Cleaning where your skills make a difference!
