Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Lead Water Technician and become a vital force in restoring properties affected by water damage, fire, mold, and other restoration challenges. Lead and coordinate water damage restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and thorough completion. Oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment to perform cleaning, demolition, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and other restoration tasks. Supervise team members during fire restoration, carpet cleaning, water extraction, drying processes, and debris removal to uphold safety standards and quality benchmarks. Conduct detailed inspections of affected areas, develop action plans, and communicate progress to clients and management. Maintain meticulous documentation of work performed, materials used, safety procedures followed, and project timelines. Proven experience in the restoration industry with a focus on water damage repair, fire restoration, mold remediation, or asbestos abatement. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in fast-paced environments. Familiarity with the use of restoration equipment such as moisture meters, air movers, dehumidifiers, and extraction tools. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; OSHA certification or equivalent safety training is preferred. Pay:
$24.36 - $29.33 per hour
