Our team takes pride in delivering high-quality service with compassion, efficiency, and attention to detail. Position Summary The Contents and Cleaning Technician is responsible for tracking and documenting all aspects of contents handling and processing on a project. This includes the pack-out portion of a job, cleaning of contents, and the put-back process. Key Responsibilities Perform content inventory activities for residential and commercial projects Document all content inventory within the structure Pack, move, clean, and deodorize contents as needed Identify and document non-salvageable contents Maintain accurate and detailed records throughout each project Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly and professionally Bilingual skills are a plus but not required Detail-oriented with strong documentation abilities Intermediate organizational skills Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Dependable, caring, and customer-focused attitude Experience in cleaning/restoration is preferred OSHA 30-Hour General Industry certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Physical Requirements Ability to lift at least 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistance Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights Comfortable working in tight spaces such as crawl spaces and attics Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods Ability to push, pull, and carry objects repetitively Ability to work with cleaning products and chemicals Working Conditions Fast-paced, high-pressure environment Shift hours may vary based on project scope (typically 8-10 hour shifts) Local travel may be required Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Training & development opportunities Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and outstanding organizational and customer service abilities.
