Environmental Engineer

Assist in achieving site's sustainability goals by participating in committees and providing feedback to plan, implement, and supervise projects. Coordinate, lead and conduct environmental walkthroughs, inspections, and audits to ensure operations align with procedures and regulatory requirements. Perform incident and event follow-up and investigation, resolve root cause(s), implement containment action, establish corrective action & preventative action, and verify efficiency. Provide customer support and technical expertise for various environmental issues and environmental regulations. Develop and implement functional, cost-efficient solutions for environmental issues. 1. Coordinating, compiling, and reviewing air permit-related reports to support regulatory compliance efforts. 2. Coordinating, compiling, and reviewing wastewater permit-related reports. 3. Working in a manufacturing or production plant environment. 4. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical schematics. 5. Ability to read, interpret, explain, and apply federal or state agencies' environmental laws, regulations, and emission permits.
