Mitigation Technician - (Ellensburg location) - Year round work
About Us:
Clean Image Services, Inc. is a professional Disaster Restoration Contractor in central Washington, specializing in water, fire and mold restoration projects. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Execute complex restoration projects, ensuring quality and profitability. Work with field teams and ensure efficient project completion. Conduct detailed site inspections and assessments. Work on content pack-outs, demolition, and large-scale drying operations. Apply advanced drying techniques and strategies. Operate and maintain drying trailers for large projects. Resolve conflicts effectively with team and clients. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain client satisfaction. Ensure site safety and compliance through continuous condition awareness. Utilize 3D documentation tools for comprehensive site records. Conduct AHERA and lead paint surveys. Maintain clear, thorough documentation of all project activities. Communicate effectively with administrative staff for seamless project coordination.
Requirements:
Clean background check and driving record Professional references from former supervisors
Disaster Restoration:
2-3 years of experience (preferred) IICRC Certified in water, fire & mold (preferred) Xactimate Certified (preferred) AHERA Certified (preferred) RRP Certified (preferred)
What We Offer:
Benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, SIMPLE IRA, and more (available after milestone periods). A supportive work environment that values your contribution and growth. Full-time, 40+ hours per week with overtime as needed. $18-28 per hour (depending on experience).
