We are representing a company seeking an experienced HVAC professional to support industrial systems in a mission-critical environment. This position focuses on maintaining reliable performance across HVAC and environmental control equipment that is essential to operations, asset protection, and production continuity.
Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial HVAC and environmental control systems. Support preventative and corrective maintenance activities, including inspecting, cleaning, calibrating, and replacing components. Monitor system performance, record operational readings, and make adjustments to maintain required operating standards. Read drawings, P&IDs, control schematics, and technical manuals to diagnose issues and support repairs.
Required:
6-8 years of experience maintaining and repairing industrial or commercial HVAC systems. Strong ability to analyze HVAC system operation, diagnose malfunctions, and implement corrective actions. Working knowledge of industrial HVAC systems and controls, chilled water, hot water, DX systems, and air distribution and pressurization systems. Experience supporting continuous-operation or mission-critical facilities. EPA 608 Type II Certification. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
