Job Description

Job Description This role is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of a mission-critical data center environment, ensuring 24/7 uptime across all electrical and mechanical systems. In addition to being hands-on with equipment like UPS systems, generators, switchgear, and cooling systems, the lead acts as a technical escalation point for the team. They oversee preventative and predictive maintenance, help troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure all work is performed to standard. This person typically has a strong understanding of how a data center operates end-to-end and plays a key role in mentoring junior engineers, improving processes, and maintaining a safe, high-performing environment. We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
