In this pivotal role, you will oversee the maintenance, repair, and management of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems across our facilities. Your leadership will ensure all systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Responsibilities Lead and supervise facilities maintenance teams to execute routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Develop and manage maintenance repair procedures to ensure consistent quality and safety standards are met across all operations. Oversee the management of facilities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance history. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations by implementing safety protocols and conducting regular safety training sessions for staff. Diagnose complex issues using schematics, engineering troubleshooting techniques, and electrical testing tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters. Manage projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs by coordinating with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to meet deadlines and budgets. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, safety inspections, and equipment performance to support continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor high voltage systems and perform electrical system repairs while adhering to safety standards for low voltage and high voltage environments. Supervise the repair of HVAC systems including troubleshooting mechanical components and ensuring optimal climate control operations. Lead efforts in managing facilities maintenance budgets, procurement processes for parts like schematics or HVAC components, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. Skills Proven management experience with strong team leadership abilities in a facilities or industrial maintenance setting. Extensive mechanical knowledge covering HVAC system repair, plumbing system maintenance, electrical systems troubleshooting, and mechanical systems repair. Proficiency in using CMMS software for scheduling work orders and tracking maintenance activities. Deep understanding of OSHA safety regulations along with the ability to enforce safety procedures effectively. Skilled in reading schematics, technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and engineering troubleshooting documentation. Experience managing large-scale facilities maintenance projects from planning through execution. Strong communication skills in English for clear reporting, team coordination, and vendor interactions. Familiarity with industrial electrical experience including working with high voltage systems using voltmeters or ohmmeters for diagnostics. Knowledge of maintenance repair procedures involving both low voltage and high voltage electrical systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a focus on safety compliance and operational excellence.
