Brea, CA What's the Job? Oversee and monitor the operation of refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, and hot water systems, making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance. Perform routine inspections, tests, and data analysis to maintain the proper functioning of building systems and equipment. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing, piping, electrical controls, and mechanical equipment, including pumps, motors, and compressors. Conduct preventive maintenance on critical building systems, ensuring minimal disruption and adherence to safety standards. Maintain detailed logs, document repairs, and communicate effectively with management and team members regarding system status and issues. What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent required; additional trade schooling or college coursework preferred. Minimum of four years' experience in electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, or emergency backup systems. Skilled in the use of tools and machinery relevant to building maintenance and repair. Knowledge of OSHA standards and local building codes. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a team-oriented attitude. What's in it for me?
