Join a pioneering company at the forefront of developing cutting-edge power solutions for AI-driven data centers. We are seeking a talented engineer to lead high-capacity AC/DC power conversion projects, ranging from several kW to MW-class systems. This role demands a strong research and development focus, contributing to prototype and platform-level innovations while engaging in global collaboration and U.S.-based customer technical support. This is an on-site position in Fremont, CA, offering relocation support, if necessary. Ideal candidates will possess a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field, although individuals with a master's degree and over three years of relevant experience will be considered. Extensive expertise in power electronics, especially in designing and testing high-power converters, is essential, along with excellent interpersonal communication skills for customer interaction.
