• Overnight Engineer
• will be responsible primarily for general maintenance and repairs in guest room, meeting space, and front of the house areas, as well as back of the house areas including kitchen, laundry, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.

An Overnight Engineer will also perform preventive maintenance on major equipment and systems, using a windows-based computer system. • $24.00 plus $1 overnight shift premium
• . This is the annual hourly rate for this position that Thompson Palm Springs reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individua hourly rates will be based on a number of factors including experience, and education.

• Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of building maintenance experience required
• Previous hotel maintenance experience preferred
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 50 pounds)
• Must be a team player but able to work independently as well
• Able to multitask and prioritize assignments.
