Job Description
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with engineers, architects, project designers, and project managers in the execution of integrated building designs. Support the design and documentation of plumbing systems through schematic design, design development, and construction documentation. Coordinate fire protection systems design, as required based on Authority Having Jurisdiction. Prepare engineering calculations, system layouts, and technical documentation. Research, evaluate, and help specify plumbing systems, equipment, and materials appropriate to project goals. Assist with construction administration activities, including reviewing submittals, RFIs, and related documentation. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support integrated and high-performing design solutions. Contribute to the production of high-quality construction documents with accuracy and attention to detail. Collaborate with and mentor junior team members while receiving mentorship from senior engineers, designers, and project leaders.What We Offer:

Required:
5+ years of experience, with a focus on plumbing system design. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Commitment to the integrated, multidisciplinary design process and collaborative teamwork. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Dedication to producing high-quality construction documents and technical deliverables. Ability to work independently while demonstrating initiative, creativity, and sound technical judgment. Passion for innovative design and thoughtful project implementation.Preferred:
Experience with the design of medical gas, laboratory, and/or fire protection systems. Certified in Plumbing Design (CPD) credential, or equivalent. Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.
