Our client, a leading commercial real estate and facilities management company, is seeking an Operating Engineer 3 to join their team. As an Operating Engineer 3, you will be part of the Engineering & Facilities Operations team supporting the on-site engineering staff, tenants, and critical building infrastructure across a 1.5 million square foot campus. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent customer service skills, and a proactive safety-focused mindset that will align successfully in the organization.

Schedule:
7am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday + on call What's the Job? Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, chillers, cooling towers, boilers, pumps, generators, UPS systems, and other building equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, DDC, and pneumatic control systems across a 1.5 million sq. ft. commercial campus. Manage and update work orders in the CMMS system while responding to tenant service requests promptly. Support on-call and emergency response activities as part of a rotating weekly schedule. Follow safety procedures and participate in ongoing technical, operational, and safety training programs. What's Needed? 3+ years of experience in facility maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or related trades. Universal EPA/CFC certification or willingness to obtain it within the first year of employment. Experience maintaining and troubleshooting commercial building systems, including HVAC and electrical equipment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS); Corrigo experience is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, work safely in a hands-on environment, and participate in an on-call rotation. What's in it for me?
