What You'll Be Doing Lead, coach, and develop HVAC service technicians and installation teams. Oversee daily HVAC service, maintenance, and installation operations. Drive revenue, profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Monitor department KPIs, job quality, callbacks, and technician performance. Partner with recruiting to build and retain a strong HVAC team. Improve processes, efficiency, training, and overall department performance. Ensure quality workmanship, safety, and compliance with applicable regulations. Work directly with leadership to grow our HVAC business in the Denver market. What We're Looking For 5+ years of residential HVAC industry experience. 2+ years of HVAC leadership or management experience. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC service and installation. Experience managing teams, performance metrics, and operational goals. A leadership style focused on accountability, coaching, and employee development.
