Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM This is a mobile field service role supporting dialysis clinics throughout the Denver area. You'll travel to 20-25 clinic locations each day in a company-provided vehicle , performing preventative maintenance, HVAC repairs, and general building maintenance. A company vehicle, all tools, and PPE are provided , so you'll have everything you need to be successful while working independently in a professional healthcare environment. What You'll Do Travel to 20-25 dialysis clinic locations daily using a company-provided vehicle. Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. Install, repair, adjust, service, and maintain electric and pneumatic HVAC control systems. Troubleshoot HVAC equipment failures and determine the best repair solutions. Inspect HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with applicable safety codes and regulations. Complete general building maintenance, including repairs to door locks, lighting fixtures, electrical outlets, sink faucets, and ceiling tile replacements. Respond to maintenance work orders while delivering excellent customer service to clinic staff. Document completed work using a tablet and Microsoft Outlook. Maintain a safe work environment by following all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma required. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. 4-5 years of HVAC, facilities maintenance, or related experience preferred. EPA Certification required (must be able to work with refrigerants). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience with commercial HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook) and tablet experience. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently while managing a daily mobile service route. Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical work including standing, walking, climbing, bending, and stooping. Previous shift lead or supervisory experience is a plus. Trade school or technical HVAC certification is preferred. Why Join This Opportunity?
