Responsibilities Maintain and repair commercial HVAC and building systems Troubleshoot boilers, chillers, AHUs, pumps, controls, plumbing, and electrical systems Perform preventive maintenance and respond to service requests Assist with general building maintenance Support and train junior engineers when needed Participate in on-call rotation Qualifications Commercial HVAC experience required Connecticut S2 or D2 License preferred 2+ years of building maintenance/HVAC experience Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills EPA certification a plus
