This vital role involves performing complex maintenance tasks, troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical and electrical systems, and ensuring all equipment functions reliably to support continuous production. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in industrial maintenance, technical diagnostics, and hands-on repair experience, contributing to a safe and productive environment. Duties Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, HVAC systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems using schematics and technical manuals. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical diagnostics, equipment failures, hydraulic leaks, pneumatic system malfunctions, and mechanical breakdowns with precision. Perform equipment repairs including welding (stick welding), electrical repairs (high voltage and low voltage systems), and component replacements using precision measuring instruments such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters. Read electrical blueprints, schematics, and engineering troubleshooting documents to accurately diagnose issues and implement effective solutions. Operate industrial machinery such as scissor lifts safely for maintenance tasks while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities within Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, asset history, and inventory levels. Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime through timely repairs and proactive system checks. Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for troubleshooting automation systems and optimizing manufacturing processes. Experience Proven experience working in manufacturing facilities or industrial environments with a focus on industrial maintenance or engineering troubleshooting. Demonstrated expertise in electrical systems including electrical maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, high voltage/low voltage systems, and electrical blueprint reading. Hands-on experience with HVAC/R systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding (stick welding), and mechanical repairs. Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and asset tracking. Knowledge of industrial electrician practices including analysis skills for diagnosing complex equipment issues. Ability to read schematics, technical diagrams, and engineering troubleshooting documents accurately. Experience operating scissor lifts or similar equipment for elevated maintenance tasks is preferred. Strong communication skills in English are essential for documentation and team collaboration.
