Position Overview We are seeking an HVAC Design Engineer to join our collaborative design team. In this role, you'll help bring innovative building systems to life — from concept and design to field implementation. You'll work closely with clients, general contractors, and internal project teams to ensure designs meet performance, efficiency, and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Develop HVAC system designs, layouts, and specifications for a variety of commercial and industrial projects. Collaborate directly with project managers, clients, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct load calculations, equipment selections, and energy efficiency analyses. Prepare construction documents, submittals, and project documentation. Provide design support throughout installation and commissioning phases. Assist with estimating, budgeting, and proposal development for new projects. Stay current with applicable codes, standards, and sustainable design practices.
