## Job Overview We are seeking a DC licensed, skilled Master Plumber with a master gas fitter license to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. ## Duties

• Supervise maintenance staff
• Install pipes and fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and water heaters
• Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues
• Repair or replace broken pipes, valves, or other components
• Weld pipes together using welding equipment
• Thread pipes using pipe threading machines
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to plan plumbing installations
• Assemble and install fittings and valves for water, gas, or other systems ## Requirements
• Ability to supervise maintenance staff
• Experience in plumbing, pipe threading, welding, and blueprint reading
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues effectively
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
