Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of all building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems and proficient at drywall and stucco repairs a MUST
- On-Call (24) hours and available for in-house Emergencies
- Maintain organized work space environment
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure the ongoing reliability and efficiency of building systems
- Manage and supervise a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support as needed
- Coordinate with external contractors for major repairs and renovations
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and work orders
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
- Collaborate with other departments to support their facility-related needs
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent project management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in industrial maintenance practices and procedures
- Knowledge of high voltage electrical systems and equipment
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Strong HVAC knowledge and troubleshooting abilities
- Solid understanding of facilities management principles
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
