To provide advanced technical repairs and maintenance to all resort systems, equipment and physical features. Responsibilities Repairs and maintains all kitchen, laundry and pool equipment Maintains and repairs and programs all HVAC equipment Repairs interior and exterior finishes Tests, operates, and maintains building emergency systems Ensures main shop, all electrical and mechanical rooms are operating in a safe, secure manner Uses lock-out tag-out procedures whenever required Repairs and maintains all ice machines, refrigeration systems, all electrical and natural gas distribution systems Specifies and orders tools, parts, materials, and supplies to support all major equipment and systems Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on all equipment Ensures staff works safely with proper lifting techniques, clothing, eye and hearing protection Performs all other duties as assigned

Experience and Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) 5 years experience in general maintenance which includes: Plumbing, electrical, and carpentry 2+ years experience in refrigeration/

HVAC Physical Demands:

To perform the essential job functions in this position it may require rigorous activity; grasping, writing, pushing, pulling, standing for long periods, walking, bending, stretching, repetitive motions, hearing, visual acuity, and may on occasion have to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to climb ladders and stairs; operation of small hand tools
