MEP Plumbing Designer Requirements:
2 + Years of Commercial Plumbing Design/Engineering experience (Mech. Design for Buildings (Office, Schools, Hospitals, Etc)) required MEP Consulting/Design Firm experience (Designing Domestic/Hot Water, Storm, Grease Waste, Compressed Air, or Gas Piping Systems) required Revit / AutoCAD experience required BSME (Bachelors of Science - Mechanical Engt) preferred

MEP Plumbing Designer Responsibilities:
This role involves designing plumbing systems for commercial and institutional projects within an MEP engineering firm Responsibilities include designing sanitary, domestic water, hot water, storm, grease waste, compressed air, and gas piping systems, creating plumbing layouts, selecting equipment, reviewing blueprints, etc. Conducting site visits, working with clients, engineers, architects, vendors, project teams, and local officials regarding plumbing code compliance and permitting activities Troubleshooting design issues, and assisting with projects from start to finish. Work may involve hospitals, schools, airports, government buildings, commercial offices, renovations,, and other large commercial or institutional projects throughout Florida and surrounding areas Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
