Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, licensed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Engineer to join our team. The MEP Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in buildings. The successful candidate will be familiar with all the MEP systems and capable of designing and analyzing complex systems. They should also be able to collaborate effectively with different teams to ensure the building systems meet the needs of the occupants and align with construction standards and codes. Design and implement mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in buildings Work closely with architects and other engineers to ensure designs are integrated seamlessly Perform detailed calculations to compute and establish construction specifications Develop MEP drawings and specifications Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and safety regulations Conduct cost estimation and prepare budget reports Inspect installations and observe operations to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications Coordinate with other professionals, such as contractors, architects, and engineers, to ensure job success Review and critique proposed changes to engineering standards, policies, or details Proven work experience as an MEP engineer Knowledge in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit and other drafting software Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering concepts Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients Proficient in the use of design and calculation software BSc degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field is desired but not a requirement
