Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our manufacturing facility team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of a wide range of industrial equipment and systems. Your expertise will help maintain production efficiency, safety standards, and equipment reliability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical knowledge in a fast-paced environment while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on manufacturing equipment, including HVAC systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, electrical systems, and mechanical components. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and manage inventory of spare parts. Troubleshoot electrical issues using schematics, electrical blueprint reading, and diagnostic tools such as ammeters and ohmmeters. Conduct electrical diagnostics on low voltage and high voltage systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Repair and maintain industrial machinery using welding (including welding), precision measuring instruments, and mechanical skills. Diagnose complex problems involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), hydraulics, HVAC/R systems, and industrial electrician tasks. Operate field service equipment like scissor lifts safely for access to elevated or hard-to-reach areas. Collaborate with engineering teams to analyze system failures and implement effective solutions for continuous process improvement. Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations; maintain detailed records of work performed. Provide technical support during equipment upgrades or installations and assist in training team members on new procedures or systems. Qualifications Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility environment with a strong understanding of industrial maintenance practices. Hands-on experience with CMMS software for maintenance management. Strong electrical troubleshooting skills including reading schematics, electrical blueprint reading, and diagnosing electrical systems with tools like ammeters and ohmmeters. Knowledge of HVAC/R systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial mechanics is essential. Skilled in welding techniques relevant to industrial applications ( welding preferred). Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), low voltage systems, high voltage safety procedures, and electrical diagnostics. Ability to operate scissor lifts and other field service equipment safely. Familiarity with industrial troubleshooting methods for equipment repair and analysis skills for root cause identification. Excellent customer service mindset when working with internal teams or external vendors during maintenance activities. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to interpret schematics and technical manuals. Fluency in English is required for effective communication across teams.
