We specialize in residential and commercial heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems — and we're looking for an experienced HVAC Salesman to help us continue growing. Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled HVAC/R Salesman with strong technical knowledge and a passion for customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have expertise in a variety of HVAC systems and equipment, with High Efficiency inverter experience preferred . This role involves meeting with customers, assessing their needs, and providing customized HVAC solutions while maintaining long-term client relationships. Responsibilities Promote and sell HVAC/R systems and upgrades to residential and commercial customers. Evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate systems and configurations. Prepare and present detailed quotes and proposals. Collaborate with the installation team to ensure accurate project execution. Maintain strong product knowledge, especially in Inverter and ductless systems . Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of HVAC sales experience (required). Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and industry standards and local codes. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
