Job Summary:

We are representing a company seeking a skilled facility maintenance professional to support multi-site operations across the Tampa area. This opportunity offers the chance to keep critical building systems running efficiently while working on a wide mix of maintenance and repair needs.

Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance, monitoring, repairs, and troubleshooting across mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems. Travel between multiple facilities and help ensure each location remains operational and well maintained. Carry out preventative maintenance, record equipment readings, make necessary adjustments, and support the safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials. Support inventory control, monitor contractor work quality and pricing, and maintain safe, clean work areas.

Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent. 5-7 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems. Ability to analyze commercial or industrial mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, identify issues, and take corrective action. EPA 608 Type II Certification is required; EPA 608 Universal Certification is preferred. Working knowledge of Word and Excel. Valid driver's license. Two years of trades schooling in electrical system design, refrigeration, and HVAC is preferred. Experience with commercial HVAC is preferred, along with

HVAC EPA

Universal certification, light plumbing and electrical capability, and strong communication skills.
