Maintenance Engineer Job Description We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team, focused on maximizing the performance of machinery and ensuring the smooth operation of equipment through strategic maintenance practices. Responsibilities Implement process improvement techniques, tools, and procedures to enhance machinery performance. Troubleshoot equipment problems to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals to assist in maintenance tasks. Utilize preventative maintenance programs to maintain equipment and prevent failures. Record, document, and report various data to support maintenance activities. Essential Skills Proficiency in reading schematics and blueprints. Strong understanding of electrical theory. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a maintenance engineer. Experience with stamping and preventive maintenance techniques. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
