Job Description

  • Job Summary:
  • The Engineer is a critical technical role responsible for the continuous operation, maintenance, asset preservation and repair of all complex building systems across the property. This position operates as a core member of the facilities team to monitor,control, test, repair and construct a variety of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Systems Troubleshooting & Repair HVAC & Refrigeration (HVAC/R) Commercial Kitchen Equipment Electrical & Mechanical Systems Aquatic & Pool Systems Management Water Chemistry & Quality Mechanical & Filtration Systems Construction & Built Environment Oversight Asset Preservation Project Support Preventative Maintenance & Safety PM Execution Emergency & Support Response
  • Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience
Required Certification Preferred Licenses:
Valid journey-man level electrical or plumbing license, or formal trade school certification in HVAC/R technology Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. trong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
