Summary Reporting to the Senior Maintenance & Reliability Manager, the DSE manages and optimizes maintenance and reliability data systems, primarily JD Edwards (JDE), related tools, and integrations. This role ensures master data is consistent, accurate, usable, and analytically valuable across technical objects, work centers, BOMs, and maintenance plans. The DSE supports dashboards, KPI reporting, and system configurations that improve maintenance planning, execution, and performance tracking. This role also helps Mining & Manufacturing (M&M) sites select, implement, and maintain technologies and databases for key condition monitoring programs. This role is critical to enabling data-driven decisions through accurate, accessible, and actionable maintenance and reliability information.
Key Responsibilities Maintain and configure

Key Responsibilities Maintain and configure
ERP/CMMS
master data, including functional locations, equipment, BOMs, and work centers. Support M&M sites with action tracking, M&R templates, Bad Actors, RCAs, and related communications. Develop dashboards and KPI reports, including MPI, MCI, defect rates, schedule adherence, PM compliance, REI, critical asset indices, site OEE, etc. Support asset management plans, maintenance plans, task lists, and document management systems. Administer the M&M Reliability SharePoint site, including the EMTD Standard Practice Library. Ensure compliance with Maintenance Systems Master Data Standards across all sites. Collaborate with IT, planners, engineers, and reliability teams to implement and improve shared technology systems. Train and supportJDE, CMMS, CM
database users, and maintenance personnel. Support audits, reliability growth modeling, cost analysis, data reviews, continuous improvement efforts and other maintenance and reliability initiatives. Typical Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a four-year college or university. Relevant Experience 5-10 years ofERP/CMMS
experience, preferably JDE, and maintenance data management. Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools for data visualization and reporting. Understanding of maintenance workflows, reliability principles, and asset hierarchies. Strong time management and attention to detail. Self-motivated team contributor.
