Project Executive - HVAC | Leadership +

Must be local to the Chicagoland area We're looking for a relationship-builder who's not only delivered large mechanical projects—but knows how to win them, too. This is a strategic leadership role for someone ready to guide teams, support business development, and take responsibility for client success. If you're great at building trust, leading teams, and driving HVAC projects from concept to completion, you'll thrive here.Your role will include:
Acting as the primary executive on key commercial HVAC projects Overseeing project managers, estimators, and field leadership Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, GCs, and developers Supporting preconstruction, conceptual budgeting, and proposal strategy Driving repeat business through quality execution and proactive communication What you bring: 10+ years in HVAC project management or executive-level roles Experience leading teams and managing multiple active projects Strong sales or client-facing experience in the mechanical space Strategic thinker with hands-on knowledge of operations Local network and understanding of Chicagoland's commercial market Why this opportunity: This isn't just another PM role—it's a seat at the table.
