Our busy hotel is seeking an energetic, customer-oriented maintenance engineer to ensure that all of our visitors have an excellent experience at our property. You'll be in charge of the building's maintenance and preventative programs daily to ensure people's enjoyment, health, and safety. Compensation:

$20 per hour

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasks Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly Work with a variety of tools hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade Keep an open line of communication with other team members and staff React to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shifts

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license and good driving record required Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software About Company We're off I-88 in Lombard, a 10-minute walk from Yorktown Center's shops and restaurants, and within three miles of the Oakbrook Center mall.
