Oversee auxiliary systems such as
chillers, cooling towers, and water treatment systems
Lead predictive maintenance
programs (vibration and oil analysis) and ensure timely issue resolution
You will conduct and support Root Cause
Analysis (RCA) to eliminate equipment failures and identify and resolve chronic
reliability issues ("bad actors")
